Delete your Pinsada account
You can delete your Pinsada account and personal data at any time, from the app or from this page. This applies to the Pinsada website and the Pinsada Android and iOS apps.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Pinsada and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account, type DELETE and confirm.
Option 2: request deletion here
Can't access the app? Send us the email address of your account. We verify the request by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, sign-in details and saved preferences
- Your product and seller reviews, messages you sent and quote requests
- Your name and delivery address on past orders
- For sellers: your store is closed, your listings are removed and your store contact details are erased
What is kept, and for how long
- Invoices and order, payment and payout records, because tax and accounting law requires it (up to 10 years in France). These records are kept in restricted storage and are not used for anything else.
- Data needed to settle an order in delivery, an open return or a dispute. You can delete your account once these are finished.
- Payment data held by Stripe or PayPal is governed by their own privacy policies.
