1. Operator

Pinsada is a marketplace operated by the Pinsada team. The operator's full legal name, registered office, company registration number and VAT identification number are provided on request and appear on invoices issued for your orders.

You can reach us through the app (Profile → Legal & Policies), through the Messages section of your account, or by replying to any order email you receive from Pinsada.

2. Responsibility for content

Product listings, photographs, prices and seller information are published by the sellers themselves. Pinsada is not the manufacturer, importer or seller of the products offered. Each seller is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of their listings and for compliance with the rules applicable to the goods they sell.

3. Intellectual property

All rights in the Pinsada name, logo, design, software and platform content belong to their respective owners. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is not allowed, except for normal use of the marketplace.

4. Online dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and a problem cannot be resolved with the seller or with our support team, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but we will always try to settle a complaint directly first.

5. Applicable law

These policies are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of Pinsada is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
