Selling Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Becoming a seller

You must have a Pinsada account, a valid business or trader status where required, and a unique store name that does not impersonate another seller, brand or person. Store names are checked at registration and duplicates are refused. Completing your payout details and providing identification when requested is a condition of receiving payouts.

2. Listing requirements

Every listing must be accurate, complete and lawful. Include:

  • A clear title, honest description and real photographs of the product you will ship.
  • The correct category, condition (new, used or refurbished) and specifications such as size, colour, material and dimensions.
  • The actual price, applicable taxes, stock level, minimum order quantity and any bulk pricing tiers.
  • Delivery handling time, shipping costs and the countries you ship to.
  • All legally required information for the product, such as safety warnings, energy labels, CE marking or instructions in the language of the destination.

3. Moderation

New and edited listings are reviewed automatically and by our team. A listing may be rejected, hidden or removed if it breaks this policy, the Prohibited & Restricted Items policy or the law, or if it appears misleading. We may ask for documentation such as invoices, certificates of conformity or brand authorisation before restoring a listing.

4. Prices and stock

You set your own prices, including retail, wholesale and bulk tiers. You are responsible for keeping stock accurate and honouring the orders you accept at the price displayed. Prices must be shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Commission and fees

A commission is deducted from each sale, at the rate configured for your store and category in the Seller Dashboard. The commission covers platform, payment processing and moderation costs. Fees are shown before you publish a listing and in your earnings statement.

6. Payouts

Earnings become available for payout once the order is paid, delivered and no longer within a return or dispute window. Payouts are made to your connected Stripe account and only for amounts actually collected from buyers. Your seller balance, pending amounts and payout history are visible in the Seller Dashboard.

7. Fulfilment and customer service

  • Dispatch within the handling time stated on the listing and keep tracking information up to date.
  • Answer buyer messages about your products within two business days.
  • Handle return requests in line with the 14-Day Cancellation & Returns Policy and respond promptly.
  • Package goods securely and comply with carrier rules for restricted or hazardous materials.

8. Taxes and legal compliance

You are responsible for your own tax registrations and reporting, for invoicing your sales, for product safety and labelling, and for consumer law compliance in the countries you sell to. Sellers outside the destination country must comply with VAT, customs and import rules applicable to their shipments.

9. Suspension

We may hide listings, hold payouts or suspend a store where there is evidence of fraud, repeated non-delivery, counterfeits, unsafe products, manipulation of reviews or rankings, or serious breach of these rules. We will tell you the reason and give you the opportunity to respond where the law allows.
