Wholesale & B2B Terms

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession, including wholesale and bulk orders. As a business buyer you confirm that you are acting for professional purposes and that you are authorised to place orders on behalf of your business.

2. Wholesale pricing and quantities

  • Wholesale prices and minimum order quantities (MOQ) are set by each seller and shown on the product page.
  • Bulk tiers may reduce the unit price above a given quantity; the applicable tier is applied automatically at checkout and shown in the order summary.
  • Quantities below the MOQ cannot be ordered at wholesale price; the retail price applies where the product is also sold to consumers.
  • Sellers may decline or adjust an order where stock or pricing was displayed in error.

3. Negotiation and custom quotes

You can contact sellers through the Messages section to negotiate volume, lead times, packaging or recurring supply. Agreed terms confirmed in writing in the conversation apply to the orders they cover; anything not agreed remains governed by these terms.

4. Payment and invoicing

B2B orders are paid through the checkout unless the seller offers different terms in writing. Invoices are issued by the seller and are available from the order in My Orders. Where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, VAT is accounted for by the business buyer and the invoice states this.

5. No consumer withdrawal right

The 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders. Returns, replacements and claims for faulty goods are handled under the legal guarantee, the agreed commercial terms and the seller's stated policy, and must be reported promptly after delivery.

6. Delivery, freight and customs

Freight, palletising and customs handling for bulk shipments are agreed with the seller. Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer bears import duties, taxes and customs clearance costs in the destination country, and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

7. Resale and brand rules

Products bought at wholesale are intended for resale in your own market. You must not sell counterfeit goods, remove safety or traceability markings, or present the products in a way that misleads consumers. Brand-specific resale restrictions stated by a seller must be respected.
