1. Prohibited items
The following may not be listed or sold on Pinsada:
- Illegal goods, or goods whose sale is prohibited in the seller's or the buyer's country.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and components intended for their manufacture.
- Drugs, controlled substances, psychoactive substances and drug paraphernalia.
- Counterfeit, replica or pirated goods, and unauthorised copies of branded products.
- Stolen goods or goods obtained unlawfully.
- Human remains, tissues, blood and bodily fluids; live animals and protected species or products derived from them.
- Prescription medicines, medical devices requiring authorisation that the seller does not hold, and products making unauthorised medical claims.
- Tobacco, nicotine and vaping products, and alcohol, where the seller is not licensed and age verification is not in place.
- Hazardous, flammable, explosive or corrosive materials that carriers refuse to transport.
- Recalled products, or products unsafe for their intended use.
- Personal data, hacked accounts, stolen credentials and services designed to facilitate fraud or harassment.
- Digital goods or services that infringe copyright, or that promise fake reviews, followers or traffic.
2. Restricted items
Some goods may be listed only with authorisation, documentation or restrictions on the destinations they can ship to. This typically applies to age-restricted products, goods with safety or environmental regulation, food supplements, and items requiring certification. We may ask for proof before a listing stays visible and may restrict the countries it ships to.
3. Enforcement
We remove prohibited listings, hide restricted ones pending documentation, cancel affected orders and refund buyers, and may suspend the store and withhold payouts where there is evidence of deliberate breach. Serious cases may be reported to the competent authorities. If you are unsure whether a product is allowed, contact us before listing it.
You can reach us through the app (Profile → Legal & Policies), through the Messages section of your account, or by replying to any order email you receive from Pinsada.
