Terms of Sale
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy from the seller. A contract is formed when the order is confirmed and the payment is authorised; until then the seller may decline the order. You will receive a confirmation in the app and by email, and the order status is visible at any time in My Orders.
2. Prices and availability
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including the shipping cost displayed before you pay. Stock is limited and updated by sellers; if an item becomes unavailable after payment we will cancel the affected part of the order and refund you in full.
3. Payment
Payment is taken through Stripe at checkout. Depending on your country, available payment methods may include card and other local options. Payment is captured when the order is placed. For B2B orders, alternative payment terms may apply as agreed with the seller.
4. B2B and B2C
Consumer orders (B2C) benefit from the mandatory consumer protections described in our 14-Day Cancellation & Returns Policy. Business orders (B2B) are made in the course of a trade or profession and are governed by our Wholesale & B2B Terms, under which the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
5. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery times and costs are shown on the product page and at checkout, and are set by each seller. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominated, take physical possession of the parcel. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
6. Legal guarantee and conformity
As a consumer in the EU you are entitled to goods that conform to the contract. If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. The legal guarantee applies for at least two years from delivery, in addition to any commercial warranty offered by a seller. Start a request from the order in My Orders and the seller will respond.
7. Invoices and records
Sellers issue an invoice for each order. Invoices for your purchases are available from the order details in My Orders and are sent to the email address on your account.
8. Problems with an order
If an order has not arrived, arrived damaged, or does not match the listing, contact the seller first through the order in My Orders. If you cannot resolve it together, open a dispute and our team will review the case and may refund or reverse the transaction.
You can reach us through the app (Profile → Legal & Policies), through the Messages section of your account, or by replying to any order email you receive from Pinsada.
